FsM bag filter dust collector for industrial dust extraction

The FsM bag filter dust collector is manufactured using galvanized steel sheet metal panels.
The side panels provide additional structural reinforcement, while the modular filter design allows for different configurations, with top or bottom inlet options depending on the type of pollutant to be removed.
Cleaning is carried out through a mechanical shaking system.
The filter is commonly used for pressure applications and for the filtration of chips, wood dust, plastic materials, and metalworking residues.

Operating principle

  • The extracted dusty air enters the filter from the top or bottom, depending on the characteristics of the dust being treated.
  • The contaminated air flows through the filter bags from the inside to the outside, allowing the dust particles to accumulate on the filtering media while the clean air is released into the atmosphere.
  • The captured dust particles fall into the suitable PVC collection container located beneath the filter.
