Operating principle
The purification process is ensured through three progressive filtration stages. During the first stage, the contaminated air passes through a settling chamber where the coarser particles are deposited. The air then flows through a first modular, regenerable mechanical pre-filter, followed by an additional resin-treated modacrylic fiber pre-filter. After these stages, the air is completely purified by a high-efficiency filter manufactured with special non-flammable materials and externally reinforced with a high-strength protective layer, before being discharged into the atmosphere.
The pollutants captured during the various purification stages are continuously discharged from the lower section of the filter structure. The large filtration surface area, achieved through the filter design, allows the treatment of high air volumes while maintaining a compact footprint. The very low air velocity through the filters reduces maintenance requirements.
