Air Wash self-cleaning bag filter with pneumatic cleaning for industrial dust extraction

Industrial bag filters are manufactured in La Coro Impianti's production facilities. They are built from carbon steel sheet metal with a thickness greater than 3 mm, and are also available, upon request, in AISI 304/316 stainless steel. The units are finished with suitable protective coating or galvanization.
Collected dust is discharged through a flap valve, rotary airlock, or collection drawer.

Compliant with D.MF 01 Technical Sheet – D.g.r. No. IX/3552.
Also available in an ATEX-certified version.

Operating principle

The contaminated air entering the unit undergoes a reduction in velocity, allowing the larger dust particles to settle directly into the hopper. The remaining suspended pollutants come into contact with the filter bags, which are available with different filter media depending on the specific application.
The pneumatic reverse-jet cleaning system extends the service life of the filter bags while ensuring consistent extraction efficiency over time.
