Cyclone filter for helical motion air purification

Entirely manufactured from heavy-duty steel sheet, the cyclone features a flanged and bolted section designed to allow replacement of the central body without the need to replace the entire cyclone unit.

Compliant with D.MM 01 Technical Sheet – D.g.r. No. IX/3552.

Operating principle

The dust and air mixture is drawn into the cyclone, where it acquires a helical motion inside the conical section. The resulting centrifugal separation causes the heavier particles to move downward and collect in a dedicated container.
The purified air then changes direction by 180°, flowing upward and exiting through the discharge pipe.
The cyclone is supplied complete with a dust collection container or rotary airlock for continuous dust discharge.
