Industrial ventilation systems - Roof exhaust fans

Industrial ventilation

Efficiency, quiet operation, and reliability for industrial ventilation

Roof exhaust fans are designed to deliver high airflow rates and maximum aerodynamic efficiency in industrial and commercial applications where continuous and reliable air extraction is required.

Available in axial and centrifugal configurations, they can be adapted to a wide range of system requirements, both for direct exhaust applications and ducted installations. They provide quiet operation, low energy consumption, and easy maintenance.

Axial roof exhaust fan

Ideal for applications requiring high airflow volumes without extensive ductwork, the axial roof exhaust fan features large-radius inlet and outlet sections that ensure extremely quiet operation and high aerodynamic efficiency. It can be used for both exhaust and supply air applications, with an easily accessible motor for electrical connections and maintenance.
Construction features
  • Ring-shaped air guide with double wide-radius edges and a steel mounting base protected against weather conditions.
  • High-strength technical polymer fan cover.
  • Bird guard and safety protection mesh compliant with UNI EN ISO 12499, made of galvanized steel wire.
  • High-efficiency impeller with airfoil-profile blades and adjustable blade pitch angle.
  • IP55 asynchronous electric motor, Class F insulation, S1 continuous duty, IEC/EEC construction standard (UNEL-MEC).
Technical data
  • Air conveyed: Clean or slightly dusty, non-abrasive air.
  • Air temperature range: -20°C to +50°C.
  • Power supply: 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase, 50 Hz.
  • Operation: Exhaust mode.

ROOF CM Centrifugal roof exhaust fan

Designed for rooftop installations, the centrifugal roof exhaust fan is ideal for both ducted and direct extraction applications. The backward-curved impeller and wide-radius inlet cone ensure high efficiency, high static pressure performance, and low noise levels. The steel protective mesh provides low air resistance and effective self-cleaning performance, while the motor, isolated from the airflow, ensures reliability and long service life.
Construction features
  • Backward-curved impeller made of galvanized steel sheet, dynamically balanced according to UNI ISO 1940.
  • Mounting base with galvanized steel inlet cone.
  • External protective mesh made of weather-resistant treated steel wire.
  • Technical polymer fan cover.
  • IP55 asynchronous motor, Class F insulation, S1 continuous duty, compliant with IEC/EEC/UNEL-MEC standards, direct drive configuration (Design 5).
Technical data
  • Air conveyed: Clean or slightly dusty air.
  • Air temperature range: -20°C to +80°C.
  • Power supply: 230V single-phase or 400V three-phase, 50 Hz.
  • Operation: Exhaust mode.
