Jet Air cartridge filter for dust extraction and welding fume removal

Jet Air filters are manufactured from carbon steel sheet metal with a thickness greater than 3 mm and are also available, upon request, in AISI 304/316 stainless steel. The units are finished with a suitable protective coating or galvanization.
They are supplied complete with reverse air pulse cleaning system, cyclic control programmer, hopper, and dust collection container.

Compliant with D.MF 02 Technical Sheet – D.g.r. No. IX/3552.
Also available in an ATEX-certified version.

Operating principle

The air coming from the extraction duct passes through a hopper, where decantation occurs due to the reduction in air velocity. It then flows through a series of cartridge filters, where the pollutants are completely removed and deposited on the filter surfaces. A cyclic controller cleans the cartridges by means of a reverse-flow compressed air jet. The purified air is then discharged from the filter through a plenum. The control unit features an economizer with an integrated pressure switch and is also equipped with an hour meter to monitor operating hours.

The filters are designed and manufactured to meet all requirements in terms of the airflow rates to be treated, in compliance with current regulations.
